Marissa Potter

About Me:

I have worked in the field for five years and have experience working with individuals who struggle with substance use, anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship problems and everyday stressors. I have experience with couples and family counseling. From past family trauma to current as well as communication concerns and setting healthy boundaries. I use a range of evidence-based practices, based on each individual’s needs. These practices include cognitive based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I have always had a passion to help individuals and throughout the past five years this passion has continued to grow. This is a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can address personalized goals that help everyone achieve the change they are looking for.
